Chris Holly

Nursery Sales and Operations Manager

Chris recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and a minor in Business Administration. He was selected for a two-year internship with a local nursery and named student of the year in his program. Growing up in Dayton, Ohio, he always enjoyed studying natural history and biology. Chris always took a special interest in Ohio?s native plants and their role in maintaining successful ecosystems. However, after many summers spent in the Sarasota sun, he began to find more appeal in Florida?s native plants and habitats. He spends his free time traveling (most recently a trip throughout Europe) and skiing up North (the only time he ever enjoys seeing snow). He is very grateful to be working for Sandhill Native Growers and is looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge he acquired in college but is also looking forward to learning all aspects of Floridas native ecosystems to help further his career at Sandhill.
